At VogueCarve, we want you to truly love your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Window:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

How to Start a Return:

To start a return, you can contact us at info@voguecarve.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping:

Unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original item and place a new order.

Order Modifications:

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once processing begins, changes may not be possible.

European Union 14 day cooling-off period:

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
